Learn how to learn

I appreciated in learn how to learn and see how many peoples can easily insert in your life new methodology about different areas.
Our unconscious mind has influence include thought processes as, memory, emotions, and motivation, however, our brain can either have more active when to rest.
Three different substances make up our brain.

- "Acetylcholine" affects focused learning and attention;
- "Dopamine" signals in relation to unexpected rewards;
- "Serotonin" affects social life and risk-taking behavior.

To consolidate all process of learning more actually we have the fight with procrastination and start a plan for it.
When I look something that I really not do, my brain associates it with pain, and I need increase news technics or news tools to help me.
One effective and consistent is Pomodoro technique by Francesco Cirillo, 1980s. Where we can focus hard for 25 minutes and rest for 5 minutes, thus we can to more consistent in our learning.

One form to we learn more consistent and fixed in our brain all that learned is "build strong neural structures" Like? studying a little every day, a new material. When I learned something hard, and I stop, my brain diffuses start work and help me the figure out this problem.
Focusing your attention on connecting parts of the brain to tie together ideas is an import part of the focused mode of learning.
"It can sometimes be all-too-easy to take a wrong approach to problem-solving or understanding a concept because sometimes your initial intuition about what's happening or what you need to be doing is misleading. In "Einstellung" (the development of a mechanized state of mind. Often called a problem solving set) your simple initial thought, an idea you already have in mind, or neural pattern you've already developed and strengthened, may prevent a better idea or solution from being found".

In short two things, we can start to increase our learning;
- Increase your ability about learn techniques, one example is using Pomodoro techniques and remove all cues that make you be more distracted, don't want to learn all at once, learn a little one day at a time.
- Avoid procrastination, when you procrastinate, you can until feel better, but the only temporarily, in this, procrastination shares common features with addiction.
"Look away from the screen and see how many key ideas and concepts regarding procrastination that you can recall remember that when you do this, you are deepening the neural pathways that relate to these ideas so that they will come to mind more easily later when the are needed".

Good learned!

The Attic of your mind.

To think about some things that not unbroken, limit our mind the little bit objects in this world. We can talk about of steel, or even carbon fiber, but here in those words I want to talk, or rather, I want to write about our mind, our brain. What are the limits of our mind? Can we study hard to point of broken our brain?
I want to explain the study that easy and simplifies our understanding and wants back to many years ago where supposedly existed the man called Solomon, specifically in his words.
"Do not pay attention to every word people say,
or you may hear your servant cursing you—
for you know in your heart
that many times you yourself have cursed others.
All this I tested by wisdom and I said,

“I am determined to be wise”—
but this was beyond me.
Whatever exists is far off and most profound—
who can discover it?
So I turned my mind to understand,
to investigate and to search out wisdom and the scheme of things
and to understand the stupidity of wickedness
and the madness of folly¹".

This topic is important because in this days our mind is full of unnecessary information and so we can do in the first moment try to empty our minds of useless and to focus on our objective.   It is the first time that I study this topic and I hope to can helping everybody whit few ideas about our brain.
I hope that we can to build a knowledge bridge that helps us  direct our ability to learn more and more, with clarity objective and focus.

Basically, I can say that my study to focus the get-together works on helping better performance and determinate how we can increase all our learning potential. "From song lyrics to former addresses, our brains hold a seemingly endless supply of information. How are we able to learn, store, and recall information with such ease? Brain cells undergo chemical and structural changes during learning. By changing the number, or strength, of connections between brain cells, information is written into memory¹".
My personal experience about this situation is the learning of new language, where I have experienced this study and applied some concepts like; meditation, concentration, clear purpose, and practice that is the base of work.
One important point is the emotional control, necessary for nourish your mind with relevant information for our progress. Some cases cannot be concise and with many details, but will help us to get an overview of how to be observers better, for it was necessary to study and read about, forming a set of relevant information which gives us good instructions.
My principal work is to write with simple words of that specialists make with hard words synthesizing all in a practical way including topics for facilitating our understanding.

I identified my interest in the brain and your analysis when started my studies with a new language and with I could be improved this method. This is a regular event common when some people to want to better about your skills and behavior, however, this compartmental phenomenon is focused on behavioral sciences in each one person and every single case, taking into account the assumption of his desire to learn.

All this ability has, basically in my point of view four stages , desire, choice, work, and conclusion, therefore we can start our study about the brain with our external receivers. It five senses, smell, taste, sight, touch, and hearing, they taking charge of the information to our brain that encodes the information in. My lack of knowledge about certain terms did a little difficult my job but was soon overcome by my desire for knowledge.
One of the most important factors was my discovery of how to organize it information inside the mind, how wrote Maria Konnikova in Mastermind: How to Think Like Sherlock Holmes; our mind operate on a so-called two system basis, fast and slow.
The fast side is more intuitive, reactionary, vigilant, and fight or flight, and our slow side is more deliberative, thorough, logical, and cognitively.
A great concept supported by Maria Konnikova it is Brain Attic, a place where we keep adverse information, that is well-organized can in a great and special sixth sense, "the Deduction".
"Like all other arts, the Science of Deduction Analysis is one with can only be acquired by long and patient study nor is life long enough to allow any mortal to attain the highest possible perfection in it". However, we have to keep in mind that, of course, this learning and final piece of the puzzle, requires practice, much practice.
Maria's considered that a man's brain originally is like a little empty attic, and we have to stock it with such furniture as you choose. We can consider also that it is based originally Sherlock Holmes's character of books by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, and in one specific book Holmes say "a person's brain attic really is an incredibly concrete, physical space.
Thinking that way Maria divided into two parts it attic, "structure and contents", like this a physical attic, the structure of the brain attic isn't altogether fixed, we can expand albeit not indefinitely or it can contract, depending on how we use it, in other words, our memory and processing ca become more or less effective.

The overviews this discussion about it, we can extract two measurable sentences: number one, "do not pay attention to every word people say that is", not only what we hear but what our brain absorbs, and number two this process requires a lot of practice, in short, all we feel through our senses must be filtered and only saved the essential for our purpose, that is to clarify our goals.
Thus if we want to improve our learning and be more productive we have to focus on the most relevant area and let the distractions, and to the most advantage of our brain.

Our brain attic may be full of unnecessary information, and wrapped distractions thus it behooves us to discipline our concentration focusing on clear objectives not forgetting that the practice is our greatest means of improvement.

credit photo: "Yo Mama's Pieta," a photo by Renee Cox, as seen in "Through a Lens Darkly: Black Photographers and the Emergence of a People," a film by Thomas Allen Harris. (Renee Cox )

Another image, same History

"There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus"¹.

"A man who won't die for something is not fit to live"².

We are all accustomed to comparisons in the art and in the manifesting cultural, however, all carries invisibly connotations about your History and facts of real life. These images and art are present in our life every day, in the music, on the television, and several demonstrations about it.
We have also relevant aspects of that in many cases this manifesting makes all reflect, about your life, your sense, and your attitude. It is a hark work too, starting with the idea until arrive your conclusion.

Copies and interpretations are too, the result positive and negative these cultural manifestations as we see in this image. Firstly Michelangelo depicting Christ with Marie and Renee Cox picturing "La Pieta" in "Through a Lens Darkly: Black Photographers and the Emergence of a People," a film by Thomas Allen Harris, are converging for  common sense, lack of understanding, humanity and especially lack love. Three different contexts, three different episodes ,but yet single link, violence, of a first century so far In Israel, or in Roma, Italy, or in Ferguson, Mo, we can see his features and paintings.

In the above picture, there is no smile, colors besides the black and White, as also there are no colors in La Pietá, only marble, and shadows. There is also notable representations as nudes the clothes. The portrait is displayed on a black background with the two centered in the middle of the photo. The photo was taken in black and white. The woman is mostly clothed, excluding her bare chest, partially exposing both breasts and some of her left nipple. The cloth that covers the rest of her body seems to display some traditional African geometric designs and patterns. The naked Black male in the mothers’ hands appears to be unconscious. The mother, facing her ward, seems to not be staring at the man, but off into the distance, unwaveringly.

As well as from the moment that the lights went out in Calvary, this way too in the above photo, the lights went out behind them leaving highlighted, but different than Pieta, mother's face it is directed to face's son, while the Mother's face of Jesus look at his wounds.

The picture also reveals that uniformity this fixed in the photo, same breed, same people, same essence with the aim of uniting all thought in a single idea, we are equal. Equal in birth and death, in joy and suffering, with clothes or no clothes, in Europe or in Africa.

"I have a dream that one day every valley shall be exalted, and every hill and mountain shall be made low, the rough places will be made plain, and the crooked places will be made straight"³;

Martin Luther King had a dream of equality, that art reveals not to exist, it is committed to portraying reality, this picture raises important questions: Are we evolving as humans?  Is love  growing or decreasing?

The picture reveals the present moment reveals that no. The prejudice suffered by Jesus acts today, but let's hope awake or dreaming that our World will be better.

English Composition I: Visual analysis draft.

One image one History

We can image the first step in the visual analysis that this work is a representation of a moment humans historic, with the name  The Pietà (1498–1499) is a masterpiece of Renaissance sculpture by Michelangelo Buonarroti, housed in St. Peter's Basilica in Vatican City.
Initially, we go split this commented with three parts, structure of image, environment, and last one what your representation?

The first one, what is the structure of statue? Michelangelo makes your statue with marble, specifically, he used Carrara marble, a white and blue stone named after the Italian region where it is mined. It's been a favorite medium of sculptors since the days of Ancient Rome and represented one singular moment of History, where Maria mother of Jesus, takes in his arms  the Savior of World in the tragic moment of the Virgin Mary taking Jesus down from the cross.
It was tow years for the Michelangelo's statue getting ready.
Originally was make for French cardinal Jean de Billheres, who served the church in Rome, wanted to be remembered long after he had died, at that time  he hired Michelangelo to make a memorial for his tomb.
We can see the richness of details from head to toe, the face of Maria of closed eyes, the tunic your head, the folds all clothes, one aspect calls my attention to Maria's form state, your hands, are big hands, under the shoulder of underarm Jesus. Hands of working woman, or strong enough to hold the savior, that weight!
This artwork is composed of shapes because it is two-dimensional. Most of the shapes are formed by lines and shifts in color provided by the shadows  to the folds of the clothes causing a spectacle to the viewer.
In the Jesus, the representation goes of illustrating for a reality, the form of your body, perfect! Show the skill of artists of Michelangelo, the muscles, bones, and veins can be seen with the unique aspect, the real representation.
The main detail of the figure of Jesus is his right hand, his fingers enter the Maria clothing, cause astonishment and admiration for the artist's dexterity.

The second aspect, the environment that statue this. In a high position with light enough, probably artificial, we can see also a window at the bottom, or at the back of the statue, in a wall beautiful with forms geometries, and colors combining perfectly this statue.

Last one aspect, What your representation? For me, this is a big representation of salvation, the "Pieta", the pity for the World. I see also with this representation the mother's passion too, the compassion that God had with the World.
For me, the original purpose makes for French cardinal Jean de Billheres, It was not very good, but today is in a good place.
This section and the statue should focus on the emotions and interpretations that an image evokes for the viewer and transcends our vision, causing shocking and reflective emotions in our heart.
After looking carefully at an image and considering its emotional and interpretive properties, we see your historical durability speaks for itself, focusing on one monument the whole history of the first century and the base of a Christian religion.

Some years I have been noted frequently increase the sales done on the internet. There was one falling in search book about sales either. Today I want to talk about one book very important, of 1968, your name is The Greatest Salesman in the World, of Og Mandino, that doesn't talk only about sales but, relationship with other people too.

Based on their nine tips we can see that good habits are the key to all success, it are.

"In personal sentences"

- I will greet this day with love in my heart

Even I possess all the knowledge and skills of the world without love I cannot go far.

-I will persist until I succeed

Always will I take another step. If that is of no avail I will take another, and yet another. In truth, one step at a time is not too difficult.

- I am nature's greatest miracle

Since the beginning of time never has there been another with my mind, my heart, my eyes, my ears, my hands, my hair, my mouth. None that came before, none that lives today, and none that come tomorrow can walk and talk and move and think exactly like me.

So be you. Authenticity is very important.

- I will live this day as if it is my last

This day is all I have and these hours are now my eternity.

- Today I will be master of my emotions

How will I master my emotions so that every day is a happy day and a productive one? I will learn this secret of the ages: Weak is he who permits his thoughts to control his actions; strong is he who forces his actions to control his thoughts. Each day, when I awake, I will follow this plan of battle before I am captured by the forces of sadness, self-pity, and failure.

- I will laugh at the world

Trees may bleed when they are wounded, and beasts in the field will cry in pain and hunger, yet only I have the gift of laughter and it is mine to use whenever I choose. Henceforth I will cultivate the habit of laughter.

- Today I will multiply my value

How will I accomplish this? First, I will set goals for the day, the week, the month, the year, and my life. Just as the rain must fall before in soil for later the to sprout grain , so must I have objectives before my life grow.

How this? Multiply my value.

- I will act now

My dreams are worthless, my plans are dust, my goals are impossible.

All are of no value unless they are followed by action.

- I will pray for guidance

My life need not be filled with religion in order for me to recognize this greatest mystery of nature.

All creatures that walk the earth, including man, possess the instinct to cry for help.
This point is very important for life because of help in our lifestyle, in our mental health and spiritual.

Wherever we gonna we have that to be prepared and this starting in us. Praying for yourself and others your life will be better.

Rules of the Game.

Hey guys,
Well, nothing like rules for putting a little control in our way, that will have helped to navigate life. I hope they provide you with food for thought as you consider, or reevaluate, the rules you live by.

Number 1

Have vision
Put family first

Have a vision for who you want to become, in the first we have to visualize our future,  the things I found meaningful, the things I’m happy about, the types of relationships I want to create.
Where do you want to go? What’s your goal? What’s your desire?
These questions need to be answered.
It is necessary to work and knowing It’s far more important giving prime time to your family than to “get ahead” by working overtime. Make to you a big favor, see around you and answer, How much is your love for your family?

Number 2

Believe in your ability
but don't forget to Follow the Golden Rule

Your ability to know that with enough time, energy, focus, resources even, that over a period of time we can develop the knowledge, skill, competence, mastery of any area that we must succeed in.
It might not be easy; there will be a hardship, struggle, and frustration.
You can believe in yourself, we can do it!
As a reminder to treat others the way you would like to be treated. It is the gold rule. We help other because we know that we need them too.

Number 3

Have fun no matter what, chasing your dreams and
Take care of yourself

We have that bring the fun. We go bring the joy into this situation proactively. We will show up in whatever way, whatever way you enjoy life, whatever way that fun, joy, zest and enthusiasm sparks for you.
Doing something for yourself is not a selfish act; it’s a sustaining act.
As you had in your hands five balls in your life, spoke Brian Dyson, CEO of Coca-Cola Enterprises, and are the work, family, health, friends, and spirit and you’re keeping all of these in the air.
You will soon understand that work is a rubber ball. If you drop it, it will bounce back. But the other four balls—family, health, friends and spirit are made of glass. If you drop one of these, they will be irrevocably scuffed, marked, nicked, damaged or even shattered. They will never be the same. You must understand that and strive for balance in your life.

Number 4

Be patient but persistent
Has a personal growth plan

Give yourself the patience and allowance to do a good job. It might take longer than you think it’s going to take. A lot of people are in such a hurry, calm has a plan for your day and your future. The key to personal growth is to have a beginner’s mindset. Beginners admit they don’t know everything and proceed accordingly. As a general rule, they’re open and humble, noticeably lacking in the rigidity that often accompanies experience and achievement.
We have to be persistent towards our dreams and patient with ourselves.

Number 5

Give more than you receive
Love and respect others playing the same game

Everyone must ask for help at some point along the journey of life, but each person also has an inborn need to serve others.
So love others on your journey. Make it a practice. Make it a discipline. Make it an area of mastery, where other people around you always feel like you’re so attentive to them that they feel adored and appreciated. They feel your affection and it’s real, authentic and genuine.

To serve other people's and grow your life, we need to stay in the love forever.
